Registration Steps at private universities

1 Choose the Department

It's the first and most significant step for any student, as this step will shape their entire career and more. Ajyal has designed a test so students can identify their ambitions and determine the major that suits them best. Through the Ajyal Exam, Ajyal will demonstrate why it's the best choice, as it helps you understand yourself, your dreams, and your interests. Upon completing the exam, you will receive a certificate from Ajyal. Don't wait to discover your future.

2 Choosing the university

After gaining a better understanding of yourself and becoming aware of your interests, you will need to find a university that offers your major and aligns best with your preferences. Ajyal Matrix, a tool created by our PR official team to assist students in finding a university that meets their needs and preferences.

3 Sending paper

This step is very simple; you can send your documents via WhatsApp to one of Ajyal's advisors or through Apply by Ajyal. After sending the documents, you will receive an email from Ajyal confirming that we have received your paperwork. Additionally, you can apply to more than one university to have more options, and Ajyal will provide assistance. To learn about the required documents, please inquire about what you need to submit.

4 Getting the acceptance letter

Congratulations, my friend! You have received the acceptance. See how simple it is with Ajyal. You will receive an email and a WhatsApp message containing the acceptance letter from the universities to which we applied together. Additionally, you will receive an acceptance letter from Ajyal specifically prepared for you by Ajyal.

8 Coming to Turkey

7 Visa

For some nationalities, you need to obtain a student visa before coming to Turkey. As you know, Ajyal will be with you throughout this process. You will receive an invitation created for you by Ajyal, which you can include in your application to strengthen your case and increase your chances of obtaining a visa.

6 Getting the final acceptance letter

Congratulations again, my friend! In this step, you are officially a student at the university which you chose, and your seat is secured. You will receive an email containing your final acceptance letter from the university, as well as a personalized acceptance document created for you by Ajyal in your language. This ensures that you have all the information you need to prepare for your journey as an international student in Turkey with the assistance of Ajyal.

5 Paying the Deposited

As we saw in the first acceptance letter, you will need to pay a portion of the tuition fee to secure a seat at the university. Since the seats are limited, you must act quickly after receiving the acceptance letter and pay the deposit. However, be cautious, as this deposit is non-refundable in most cases. Don't pay until you are certain that this is the right university for you.

9 Equivalence

It's a simple process; Ajyal will be with you and will already make an appointment for you. You will receive a document explaining everything you need to do.

10 Registering in the university

It's the most interesting part - going to your new university for the first time, fully registering, and becoming part of the international community in Istanbul or another city in turkey.

11 Language exam

This step is not for everyone; it is only for students who haven't provided an official English certificate. Ajyal is here, as always, to help you assess your English level before taking the university exam. You can take the Ajyal English exam to determine your proficiency. Upon completing the exam, you will receive a certificate from Ajyal. Additionally, as always, Ajyal will send you a similar copy of the English exam that you will take at the university, specifically prepared for you by Ajyal.

12 Your first day of the university
